Can I get it today?
Yes — laptops, desktops, handhelds and monitors ordered before 3pm (Mon–Sat) are delivered free the same day. Accessories can be sent same-day for $19, or free next day.
Something is faulty
Within 7 days we exchange it 1-to-1 — WhatsApp us with your invoice number. After 7 days, see the service centre list.
Do you do instalments?
Pay in 3 interest-free with Atome, or in 4 with GrabPay PayLater (5% fee). Both are offered at checkout.
Can I collect in person?
We're an online store and don't offer self collection — delivery to your door is free on every order.
