The site is for personal shopping only. Commercial use or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited unless explicitly permitted. Content is informational; actual colours may vary by screen. You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure and for all activity under your account. Products, prices and stock may change without notice.
Orders and payment
Orders are processed under Singapore law. Payment options include PayNow, credit/debit card, GrabPay, GrabPay PayLater and Atome (transaction fees may apply for BNPL). A confirmation email is sent after payment. We reserve the right to cancel confirmed orders; refunds for cancellations are processed automatically.
Returns and refunds
Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
Sale, free and limited-edition items cannot be exchanged.
No refund for change of mind.
Valid refunds carry a 3% administrative fee and are transferred within 7 days.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return claim.
Delivery
Home delivery normally occurs 1–2 days after payment to the address given at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays and may hold shipment if stock is unavailable.
Warranty
Goods are serviced and supported by the manufacturer under the packaged warranty terms. Warranty covers hardware defects and excludes software issues, acts of God, power surges, neglect and unauthorised repair or modification. Transport to service centres is at the buyer's cost unless stated otherwise. For warranty help contact sales@gameprosg.com. Software cannot be returned once opened.
Privacy
We collect personal information needed to process orders and provide services. We do not share it outside our corporate group except with parties directly required to fulfil and deliver your order. See our privacy policy.
Vouchers and coupons
Valid only on gameprosg.com.
Vouchers are for registered customers; one use per user unless stated.
Validity is time-limited and may override individual policies.
We may cancel orders or revoke vouchers for suspicious activity, abuse (multiple accounts), resale, or bad-faith use.
Unless stated, vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions and are not exchangeable for cash.
